Strength and Conditioning program

atp1852Students from Years 5 to 12 may participate in the MBBC Strength and Conditioning program. The fully equipped gym in the MBBC Sports Hall will be the base for the program.

The purpose of the program is to provide students with age appropriate strength and conditioning exercises aimed at preparing them for the physical nature of their respective sports.

Students from Years 5 to 9 will be provided with tailored strength and conditioning programs which focus on calisthenics and core strengthening exercises.

Students in Years 10 to 12 will be guided through programs which use weights for the development fitness specific to the student’s preferred goals.

Strength and Conditioning sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7:15am to 8:00am throughout the school year.
