Library

In the words of Albert Einstein “The only thing that you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library.”

Our class-leading library is a centre of inquiry, discovery and creativity and is the central learning hub at MBBC.

Designed by the Bickerton Masters Architecture firm, the library is central within the College campus, and sits harmoniously in the natural bushland environment. The Library includes an open general library space, several multipurpose spaces, office space, the latest technological teaching equipment, an IT hub, and a design that includes an atrium ceiling in the centre. Designed specifically to have several learning spaces over the two levels, the building allows for teaching and learning styles to be adjusted as technology and pedagogical approaches develop over time.

Libraries are invaluable spaces for learning, fostering innovation and reflection, and we’re proud to have such a fantastic facility for our Boys.
