Year 10 design sacred spaces

30 November 2016

In Design Technology, 10B were given a fictional brief allowing them to design a stand alone granny flat at the bottom of their parents’ garden. The brief was that their parents felt their son, growing into an adult, needed his own space (and likely vice versa!). They designed plans and then used the CAD software Autodesk™ Revit, to model the designs and produce a set of drawings and renderings. The boy’s work was outstanding and will prepare them well for Senior Graphics if they chose it as an option. I want to congratulate the boys on their efforts and I enjoy celebrating their work with you.
